Jurisdiction & VenueThese terms, the performance of entity verification services, and all disputes arising out of research dossiers or fee adjustments shall be governed exclusively by the substantive laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts situated in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.

Amendments & NoticeTavrebasa reserves the authority to update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect amendments in Florida statutory filing fees, Division of Corporations docket procedures, or federal advertising policy requirements. Revisions become effective immediately upon publication of the amended instrument on tavrebasa.com with an updated effective date header.
